Portland, USA native, Joslyn grew up in and around nature. She earned her
Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from Carnegie Mellon University. While at the
University, she spent four months studying in Havana, Cuba, and four months in
Seville, Spain. She returned to Havana for a short time to do research for her
thesis about Cuban culture. Joslyn came to Peru in 2005 to explore and learn about new cultures.
